KK Kan Kare was formed to provide Rehoboth Beach homeowners with an easy solution to avoiding fines and complying with City of Rehoboth Beach Ordinance Number 0416-02 effective June 1, 2016. The ordinance requires "... that all containers be placed on the street (curb) no earlier than 6:00 PM the evening before, and removed from the street no later than 9:00 PM on collection days."

Due to customer satisfaction and customer requests KK Kan Kare has routes in Dewey Beach, Forgotten Mile and on every street in Rehoboth Beach.
